To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, please complete and submit. You will be notified of your RMA number once your return request has been approved. RMA requests are processed within two business days. Please note: If your purchase was made using a credit card, RMA requests may be made by the cardholder ONLY.

Returns only: Per the return policy posted at our location, available on our website, included with each order, and agreed upon at time of purchase returnable items must be in original packaging, and not registered. In addition all returnable items are subject to a standard 25% restocking fee. This fee will be subtracted from the credit issued once the RMA item has been inspected and tested upon receipt. Items sent without an RMA will be refused.

Service Only.: Per the return policy posted at our location, & available on our website, all units sent in for service repair are to be shipped at senders expense to our authorized service center. Upon technical diagnosis a written quote of repair costs including but not limited to all parts and labor will be sent to e-mail stated on this form. This repair quote is valid for 90 days from the quote date, we will make every effort to contact you during this time. After the quote expiration date, hardware will be disposed of without further notice. Hardware returned unrepaired will be charged shipping in addition to the diagnostic fee of $150

Opened software, software upgrades, customized items and professional services including implementation, training, and support charges are non refundable..
