Pay Periods
These settings define the pay periods for XactTime. Among other things, XactTime uses
these values when scheduling, displaying cost estimates, or filtering reports.

The Work Week Start Day is the first day in which weekly overtime begins.

1. Fill in the settings as appropriate:
a) Weekly Sets a one-week pay period.
b) Every Two Weeks (odd): Sets a bi-weekly pay period.
c) Every Two Weeks (even): Sets a bi-weekly pay period.
d) Semi-Monthly This sets a twice-a-month pay period. Use the drop down arrow to
choose the dates on which employees are paid.
e) Monthly This sets a once-a-month pay period. Use the drop down arrow to choose
the date on which employees are paid.
2. Click Apply Changes to complete the entry.
