XactTime Special Enroll For TA Finger Print Clocks

If you are having a problem with individual employees being able to scan their finger print on a Time America finger print clock you can special enroll that employee. Follow the steps below to set special enroll.

1. Log in to XactTime (the user will need to be an admin or supervisor that has configuration permissions)

2. Click on Configuration then under the System header click Hardware.

3. Select the clock that you want to make this change for from the list of clocks on the left, then click on the fingerprint tab on the right.

4. Find the employee in the list and click on their name, that will open the employee finger print properties page. By default special enroll is set to no, change this selection to yes and click save.

4. Access the hardware client and reprogram the clock that you have made the changes for. The employee will now just enter their badge number to clock in and out.
