XactTime Creating Employee Groups

SummaryCreating Employee Groups.
1. Click on configuration under Security click on Employee Group Members.
2. Click add. Name the group what ever you want to identify it if this is a managed group mark the check box for managed group.(keep in mind that if you make managed groups the employees can not be added to another group.) if this group is going to be used for supervisor notification make sure to check the Use this group for supervisor notifications check box is selected, and you have added a email address for the supervisor.
3. Assign the employees to this group bu moving them from the unselected list on the left to the selected list on the right.
4. to assign this group to a supervisor access the employees personal information, scroll down to the web access portion, click on the edit link next to Permission to Employee Manager Groups: and assign the group to the supervisor/manager.
