TA100 Pro - Reprogram Clock

Summary

If you find yourself in a situation in which you need to reprogram your clock, don't worry, this can be done. One such situation is when you need to add new employees to your clock. Causing the clock to reprogram will send this data to the clock then allowing those employees to punch in.

The first thing you'll need to do is open up your TA100 Pro software. Once you've logged in you'll need to go to the polling area of the software. You will see a list of your clocks on the left hand side.

Once you've got your polling window open you'll click on the polling options tab. This will take you to the area of the software application where you are able to enable clock programming. We'll check this off once now and uncheck it after we're done programming the clock.

After enabling Program Clock in the polling options you will need to go back to the Clock Selection tab and select which clock(s) you would like to have programmed. Once you have done that you will be able to poll the clock, causing the clock to program at that point.

After we're finished and have successfully programmed the clock we'll switch back to the Polling Options tab and un-check Program Clock. This will save us some time in the future in which during regular polling we won't need to program the clock.
