TA700 Series Punch Instructions
Summary
Clocking IN
1. Swipe your Badge or type in your badge number. The Display will change to "ENTER FUNCTION".
2. Press the Green IN button. The Display will change to "CLOCKED IN".
Clocking Out
1. Swipe your Badge or type in your badge number. The Display will change to "ENTER FUNCTION".
2. Press the Red OUT button. The Display will change to "CLOCKED OUT".
Going on Break
1. Swipe your Badge or type in your badge number. The Display will change to "ENTER FUNCTION".
2. Press the F1 button. The Display will change to "OUT FOR BREAK".
Returning from Break
1. Swipe your Badge or type in your badge number. The Display will change to "ENTER FUNCTION".
2. Press the F3 button. The display will change to "IN FROM BREAK".
Going to Lunch
1. Swipe your Badge or type in your badge number. The Display will change to "ENTER FUNCTION".
2. Press the F4 button. The Display will change to "OUT FOR LUNCH".
Returning from Lunch
1. Swipe your Badge or type in your badge number. The Display will change to "ENTER FUNCTION".
2. Press the F6 button. The Display will change to "IN FROM LUNCH".
Using the Department Transfer Button
1. Swipe your Badge or type in your badge number. The Display will change to "ENTER FUNCTION".
2. Press the F2 button. The Display will change to "ENTER DEPARTMENT".
3. Enter the numeric department number and press the Enter Button.
