XactTime Integration New Employee Maintenance
SummaryAfter you add the employee with your payroll company that employee will show under your search results the next day or you can manually run the HRPramid Integrtation Sync in the reports section of XactTime. Once you see the employee listed in the search results the following steps need to be completed.
Access the employee personal information
Confirm the employee start date
Confirm or assign the employee to the correct payroll policy, confirm or set the employee type also set the holiday list (if needed)
Confirm the benefit start date and accrual rule are assigned and accurate if tracking accruals in XactTime
Assign employee to the correct employee/supervisor groups
